The ZD410 Zebra printer fits in places that most others can’t! Cluttered desktops, work benches and small wall mounted shelves present no problem for the ultra compact ZD410 label printer.
With big business functionality built into its diminutive size, this flexible little printer excels in a number of areas. It can create high quality labels, receipts, wristbands and tags, coupled with a full range of connectivity options – USB, auto-sensing serial or 10/100 Ethernet, as well as the very latest wireless options: 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.1. The ZD410 supports concurrent Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity.
Offering backwards compatibility, the ZD410 supports ZPL and EPL so that it offers straight forward swap compatibility for the older LP2824.
A moveable media sensor means that all off centre black marks, notches or standard label gaps present no barriers for the ZD410.
If new communications or media handling options are required in the future, this is simple to accommodate. Add serial or Ethernet connectivity, plus a peeler and a cutter, on site — without taking the ZD410 out of service.
The ZD410 prints on to Direct thermal labels. This type of label does not require a thermal transfer ribbon, but relies instead on a chemical coating on the paper label, which turns black when heat is applied via the thermal print head. Zebra always recommend using their media in their printers and the labels come in two different options – Z-Perform 1000D and Z-Select 2000D. The 1000D paper is direct thermal paper and the 2000D is direct thermal but with an additional top caoting which offers some protection against moisture which is especially handy if your application involves chilled food and damp warehouses. As with all direct thermal labels & tags, exposure to direct sunlight for prolonged periods, will result in discoloration.
