Description

DTE10238-76 Direct Thermal Eco Labels 102 x 38mm – 76mm cores

Environmental Credentials

Produced in a facility which undertakes that all materials are BPA free. Also commit to all waste being responsibly handled and not sent to landfill. All paper material is certified FSC standard.

These direct thermal eco labels 102mm x 38mm (or 4 x 1.5″ in Imperial size) are ideal if you need to apply a label on your product or packaging.

They are small, but long enough to include a bar code and several lines of text for your additional information such as company contact details, ingredients etc.

These rolls are designed to fit into large industrial label printers such as the Zebra range.

Direct thermal labels are adhesive labels that use heat to create an image on the label’s surface. The labels have a chemical layer applied to a paper or synthetic base that is activated by heat. When a thermal print head heats specific areas of the label, the chemical layer is activated and the components on the label surface mix, causing them to turn black and create an image. Direct thermal labels don’t require ink, toner, or ribbons.

Direct thermal labels are a cost-effective solution for businesses that need short-term labeling. They can be used in a variety of applications, including shipping, inventory management, and product labeling. They’re often used in retail environments and warehouses where large volumes of products need to be displayed quickly and efficiently.
