148mm x 210mm Direct Thermal, Coated Pallet Label
Our own brand of Direct Thermal label which is coated to offer a moisture resistant finish suitable for the logistics industry where foodstuffs are moved in and out of cold storage.
The top-coated direct thermal treatment gives a very pleasing smooth finish. A smoother finish means that there will be less wear on print heads.
The permanent adhesive is rated for freezer use, where the label is applied at ambient temperature and then frozen. If you need to apply to a product which is already frozen, we would need to specify a different adhesive. This does not represent a problem at all – it just carries a price premium.
These are wound on to 76mm cores and so are ideal in the larger Datamax, Intermec, Sato, and Zebra printers. Outside wound as standard but can be inside wound to special order at no extra cost.
The outside diameter of the roll is kept to 200mm which is the maximum for standard label printers. We can supply on different sized rolls and a variety of core sizes, if you have a non-standard printing system.
