A4 Labels on Pallets? Sheets of A4 labels can prove very useful since most establishments tend to have a decent laser printer and the labels themselves are readily available from on-line suppliers and stationers. Most of them can also be used in inkjet printers, thus broadening their appeal. When it comes to a challenging warehouse situation, where the substrate you wish to stick your label on can be cold, warm, slightly damp, uneven and containing inclusions such as with recycled product, the A4 label option may not be the best for your application. Far better you therefore look at a solution which offers you more choices of adhesive to suit the job and a machine which has been designed to print labels!
Direct thermal and thermal transfer label printers can cope with label sizes from 15 x 8mm up to full A4. You can print a single label or many thousands on demand. Labels are supplied blank on rolls and are easy to handle. These rolls can be pre-printed with company logos, address and contact details and then overprinted with the variable information.
