Direct Thermal Eco Labels

A4 Laser Labels, plain roll Labels, fully colour printed labels on rolls or sheets are all produced in our modern production facilities here in Cheshire. Our print options are flexo, digital, hot foil, direct thermal and thermal transfer. We can produce labels to your exact specification to suit your software suite or how your clients & customers wish to utilise them. Being very close to the boundaries of Greater Manchester means we take advantage of some superb transport links and facilities.

We are happy to supply you with samples of labels on sheets or rolls, enabling you to evaluate with your equipment. We can always provide you with a reference site so that you may speak with other users in your industry who will be able to help with their experience of printers, for example.

Many of our clients have their own specific cutters for just their jobs, due to their specialist nature.

As well as our own manufacturing capabilities, we supply branded products if you are particularly brand loyal. These include labels & thermal ribbons manufactured for Zebra, Honeywell, Citizen, Datamax, Toshiba TEC etc. Many of these bought-in branded products, since they are sourced from factories in Europe or the Far East, are subject to fluctuating exchange rates. As a result of this, we will often place ‘Call for Price’ on the individual product page. If you contact us (a call or email is fine) we can then give you the correct price that day. Obviously, with our own home-produced items, this does not apply. We will always aim to give you the lowest end-user pricing available in the UK!

If you are based outside the UK, we can probably still supply you at a highly competitive rate….

Our own brand of labels and ribbons can save you a great deal of money over branded however – our prices for thermal transfer ribbon, for example, can often be under half that of the branded products!

If a client buys either labels or thermal ribbon from us and they need to print bar codes on their labels, then they can have their barcodes verified to ISO standards free of charge using our client verification service.

Service contracts on all makes of thermal label printers may be purchased – either a ‘back to base’ contract on a more comprehensive on-site service is available. Replacement OEM print heads for all makes of printer are available along with our own range of compatibles – again guaranteeing to save you a lot of money on your consumables budget!
